Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased for AI Master through Creem (Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

First-time Subscription Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions if you are not satisfied with AI Master. For fairness and to reduce abuse, we may decline refunds for accounts with substantial usage.

As a guideline, accounts using fewer than 20 generations (or equivalent usage) during the first 30 days are generally eligible for refund. This guideline is not a strict cap; we may approve exceptions at our discretion in cases of technical issues or misrepresentation.

Renewal Payments

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, within 7 days of renewal, if your usage is minimal (e.g., fewer than 10 generations or equivalent), we may offer a one-time goodwill refund or account credit.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods or refund unused time.

Usage-based Considerations

• Consumed AI credits/usage are not refundable.
• Unused credits may be refundable if you qualify under the rules above.
• We may request additional information to validate usage and eligibility.

How Refunds Are Processed

Creem acts as Merchant of Record (MoR). Taxes and refunds are processed by Creem. Processing times may vary by payment method and region.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds and/or suspend accounts in cases of abuse, violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or fraudulent activity.
