Refund handling for the publicly listed plan types in AI Prompt Master, with support-first routing for questions about payment or access state.
Subscriptions
Pro and Scale are monthly plans. If checkout is enabled, subscription state should be reflected on the account page after payment synchronization completes.
If a payment succeeds but plan state does not appear correctly, contact support with the email used during checkout.
Subscription management and cancellation should be available from the account area or the linked billing portal.
Marketing Claims and Refund Risk
The product should not be marketed with open-ended capacity claims or impossible accuracy claims. Public pricing and plan copy are part of the refund posture and should remain explicit.

Billing, refund, and payment-access requests should be acknowledged within three business days.
