Monthly plans are intended for active usage windows. If checkout becomes available, refund handling should align with the final Creem merchant-of-record rules and any product-specific grace period you publish.

The current MVP should avoid marketing language that suggests unlimited usage or guaranteed model fidelity, because those claims create refund risk immediately.

If a provider outage causes material service failure after payment, handle the case through support with the associated account email.
